We will ship your order within 3-5 days. If an item on your order is backordered, we will wait until that item is in stock before we ship your order. We will not charge your credit card until all items are shipped. Delivery times quoted by us are in business days. A business day is Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Your ESI product is guaranteed to the original purchaser to be free from manufacturing or workmanship defects for a period of 30 days from the date of its original purchase. Simply call us and explain the defect and we will authorize the proper exchanges. When purchasing from ESI you're guaranteed to receive quality products.
All International orders are expedited via United States Postal Service.
Please note it can take up to 6 weeks in some countries to clear customs.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE will we forge documents in order to reduce your customs charges! This includes marking the package as a gift.
BE AWARE that you are responsible for any charges, customs duties, or tariffs your country may impose. Please check with your customs officials and find out about these charges before placing your order.
For orders with 5 pounds or more we will calculate shipping and handling based on the actual weight and size of your order. If you want to receive an e-mail with the shipping charges prior to delivery please send an e-mail to sales@esigrips.com. We will reply promptly with the actual charges. Your Invoice will be manually adjusted prior to shipping.
If your bill to:/ship to: address' are not the same on your order we may require you to send a money order or cashiers check for your purchase.
We reserve the right to not ship overseas orders if the order does not fulfill the bill to:/ship to: criteria, phone number verification and credit card validation. However all pre-paid orders will be shipped promptly.
If shipping to your country will exceed the regular rate stated above, you will be contacted by e-mail for permission to exceed original shipping charge. Although your order will be accepted and processed by the system, no actual charges will appear on your credit card until such time as permission to exceed original shipping charge has been received by our Order Processing Department.
