Refund policy

We have a 30-day unopened product return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are voided after installation of products. If you have a manufacturers defect, please fill out the form here.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@esigrips.com. Please note we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns/exchanges. Since shipping is an outsourced process that has been completed by the courier, you will only receive a refund for products and taxes; shipping fees will not be refunded. Custom products like Engraved Grips cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible to ship the product to us and the cost of your shipping will not be reimbursed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty Replacements/Crash Replacement

If your grip is damaged within 30 days of purchase, please fill out our grip replacement form here. You could qualify for discounted replacement grips! If you feel the grip was defective or you had trouble during installation, please fill out this form as a Warranty Replacement. We cover qualifying manufacturing defects for 90 days after your purchase. Because silicone grips are subject to trail elements; grips with visible crash damage, cuts, or heavy wear and tear do not qualify for a warranty replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom engraved grips or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days minus the cost of shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
