Amazon Can Be Confusing!
Amazon is a large marketplace with thousands of individual resellers who often list the same products and compete for the “Buy Box” by offering the lowest prices and fastest shipping. However, this does not mean these sellers are authorized to sell our products or represent the ESI Grips brand.
While Amazon has created a storefront labeled “ESI Grips,” purchases made through Amazon are not made directly from us. Because of this, if you experience an issue with your order—such as a damaged item, missing components, or packaging that doesn’t match official ESI Grips branding—you’ll need to contact Amazon Customer Service directly. We do not have access to your order or its details.

Do Not Purchase Used ESI Grips on 3rd Party Websites
We do not warranty used purchases from any third-party websites. Used items can be damaged, tampered with and may come with missing parts. If a product is lower than MSRP, this is a red flag for damaged or fake products and we do not recommend purchasing this item. Our authorized resellers do not have permission to sell used products, or products below MSRP.
How to replace a Damaged, Defective, or Broken Item on Amazon
Visit Your Orders and Amazon will let you know what your options are for damaged, defective, or broken items.
You can replace items eligible for replacement through Your Orders. If the item doesn't have a replacement option or you received the item as a gift, you'll need to return the original item and place a new order. To return an item, visit Returns Items You Ordered. To return a gift item, visit Gift Returns.
To replace an item:
- Go to Your Orders and select Return or replace items beside the item you want to replace.
- Select the item that you want to replace and select a reason for return.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
A replacement order, with the same shipping speed as the original item, will be created. You'll need to return the original item by the 'Return By Date' provided to you at the time of return creation to avoid being charged for keeping both the original and replacement items.
The replacement order may be shipped only after you ship the original item(s) back to Amazon. We recommend you to ship back the original item(s) as soon as you request a replacement.
