I have been a loyal ESI standard grips user for years. I use them in XC and XC marathon races. But with an exceptional bumpy marathon race, I knew I needed more than just a fork tune up and padded gloves. Proper Installation
Install bar plugs prior to the grips. Use a generous amount of evaporative liquid like isopropyl alcohol or hand sanitizer. Stand on opposite side of bike and pull grips onto bar with towel quickly. Watch here
